Classroom Behavior Chart: A giant 100 chart & as the whole class does something really well one student pulls out a popsicle stick and colors the number found on the stick. Once ten numbers in a row are colored in, a party is earned.
Stress Ball Balloons or For Pre-school Play. Make these playdough-filled balloons for improving fine motor skills and discussing emotions or including in your "Calm Down Kit." -tkz ( I LOVE THIS IDEA) :D
A Calm Down Jar. Shake the jar and the child has to watch the jar until the glitter settles. What is a mind jar? It’s a jar full or glitter glue, glitter and water. Swirl it around and relax while you watch the glitter fall to the bottom of the jar.
Homework BINGO - When students turn their homework in each morning, they get to write their name on any square. On Friday, teacher pulls out two bingo chips.Whichever names are on that square get to pick out of the treasure box at the end of the day.
Great idea for teams! Would be cute to give them a strip of color every time they behave appropriately! When they complete their rainbow, they earn a team reward! Great idea to have team rewards and not just class rewards.
Motivation for the class. Each time they are given a compliment or caught for good behavior a student flips over a letter to reveal the reward. (can do this with numbers and once they reach a say 30 compliments, students choose a behavior reward/party)
