Stretching and practicing yoga almost everyday for the past 2 months has been so amazing, I feel way more energized and connected. My mini photographer lady is getting better with the whole photo thing too!
Here are some hamstrings, inner thighs & hips stretches I love doing and I hold them for 5 breaths each. . . I wouldn’t really say it’s ‘beginner-friendly’ because some degree of flexibility is needed here. However, if you know how to modify them, please do so.
