Pond Single Action Belt Revolver- This .32 ca rimfire gun made between 1861-70. Due to the similarity with Smith Wesson revolvers, inventor Lucius W. Pond was sued for patent infringement forced to cease production. After the order came, Pond still had an inventory of nearly 4,000 revolvers remaining in his possession. Instead of forcing him to destroy the guns, he was allowed to continue selling them under one condition - they were to be marked "MANUF'D FOR SMITH WESSON" prior to sale. Engraved Colt Navy revolver - ‘Tis the season to show off a snubby Colt! Our diminutive Colt Model 1851 .36 caliber revolver has a certainly short barrel, but more than makes up for it with its ivory grip panels and engraving. The Colt Factory, in both percussion and cartridge days would provide any custom barrel length on handguns if requested, but long or short, we’re betting the engraving on this fine six-shooter cost more than that option. Cowboy Gear, Weapons Guns
