Cabbage Roll Soup

Cabbage roll casserols 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup 3 c. chopped cabbage Salt & pepper Water Brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper. Stir frequently and drain grease. Add soup and 1 soup can of water. Simmer 10 minutes. Place cabbage in 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with meat mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls
1 Cabbage 3 C Tomato Juice 8oz. tomato sauce 1 egg 1/2 C. uncooked rice 1 env Onion soup 1 lb. Ground Beef 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese Peel 8-12 leaves cabbage, cover in inch water, microwave 2 min. combine tomato sauce, egg, meat, rice, soup, and cheese. Grease crockpot, roll meat in cabbage and lay seam down. Pour tomato juice over them. Cook on low 6-8 hrs.
