several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesnt call for any unusual ingredients.
MADE---Crock Pot Smothered Pork Chops - Amazing! We doubled recipe and pork chops were still fall off the bone tender even cooked stacked. We used bone-in pork chops and thickened gravy as suggested - and ladled it over homemade potatoes.
