Pinterest is one of my best friends this school year! I think most FDK teachers will admit they have a little "pinning" addiction... I…

Teaching Graphing in FDK

Hi friends! I'm super excited to share with you how I made graphing in Kindergarten fun and independent this year! Hewitt came through our school, she recommended all teachers posting a poster outside the classroom door that identified the curriculum goals for children and adults alike, to read. I'm realizing that the WALT board was a beginning stage of the documentation process. I like the Reggio process much better - I understand the logic behind it better, and see how the children can truly use it.
