This mama hauled a baby, a diaper bag, 4 bags of groceries, and a tote bag up 4 flights of double set stairs (low rise apartment with no elevator - and we live on the top floor!) and then went back down with baby and hauled 3 super heavy boxes of frozen food back up the stairs with baby. Definitely getting my exercise in!! Thank god for finding woven wraps. Seriously a life saver. Clearly Adeline adores them too!
