When my kids were little I used to head to the gym because they had a great little daycare. It was win-win because they got to play with other kids and I had some much needed self-care time. Somehow, as they got older and Iwent back to work, working out fell to the bottom of the list. Now, I'm trying to figure out how to sculpt my mom-body.
