If you're new to energy healing I think you'll really like this book. It's written by an integrative physician with a thriving practice in Arizona. I like that the author is trained in Western medicine as well as Shamanism because sometimes I read books like these and they often feel "out there". Not this book; it's very down-to-earth and practical.
