Pumpkin French Toast, vegan and I made with gf bread.  I just mixed all ingredients except bread together, then poured it over bread.  For sugar, I used turbinado.  Family LOVED this.

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Brownies. Used fudge brownies per recipie. Super fudgey. Very pumpkin flavor. I think i overbaked them. They just never looked done. Definately put the white chocolate chips on top. They taste okay. Not sure if they will all be eaten. I'm a little dissapointed in them.
