So many of us have the best intentions, we want to workout, but we don't really know how to build an effective and safe routine. This board is dedicated to helping you LEARN HOW to put together a training program. My goal is to provide you with information. I want you to be able to build your own routines and analyze other people's pre packaged workouts. I want you to understand WHY you do things and HOW to put together a program that is EFFECTIVE and SAFE!
