Feeling like we're seeing the end of the winter that just won't go away...had a lovely bike ride today although I'm glad I had my downfill and gloves on. . . . .
Another morning.... another snowfall. . . . .
Its a simple thrill, but to see a branch not covered with snow right now gives me flutters... . . . .
These guys are back...and I won't lie and say I'm thrilled about it....there's something about being woken up each morning at 4 am by a choir of raucous carousing cacophony of crows...well you get the picture... They are a sure sign of spring.

I feel as if the theme song for Rocky should be playing while I picked these, the snow was so deep and they were so hard to reach...but I persevered and finally got them. . . . .
Who's been working on their garden list all winter? . I've got to remember to add a tiger eye sumac to my must have list...these are so beautiful year round. . Ive started working on my shrub list... because my heart is always taken by perennials it seems the budget goes towards them first...and there is never anything left over for the more expensive shrubs...not this year! . . .
When yet another snowfall leaves you feeling a bit wrung out...LOL. . Take heart it's not going to last forever. I've heard rumors of sunshine today. . . . . .
What all the fashionable ladies are wearing (as many layers as you can get on) to the dog park in -19 c weather. . . . . .
