Do you feel guilty if you eat more than 2 slices of pizza? . I used to. . Who decided 2 was the "ok" amount? . The moderation police. . They ingrained it in us. . A few weeks ago, I ate pizza for breakfast, lunch, dinner and breakfast the following day. . I wasn't binging. I was really busy and we had nothing else to eat in the house. It was glorious. 🍕 . When I eat pizza now I couldn't even tell you if I eat 1 slice of 6. That's how unattached I've become to "moderating" myself. . FREEDOM....
Over the years, I've heard (and tried) it all. Including counting my 20 almonds or hearing people say their salad has 1/4 of an avocado. . We don't need to do this to ourselves. . It actually makes zero difference for many reasons... a major one being the control leads to non-intuitive or even chaotic eating eventually to overcompensate. . So eat the whole avocado IF that's what you're craving/hungry for. EAT 2 IF YOU WANT!! 🥑🤯. What will happen? You'll be really full and satisfied!! 👏...
