M4A5 Medium Tank / Canadian Ram Mk II Cruiser Tank: Early & Late Production Versions

The interesting "M4A5" was the U.S. medium tank designation given to the Canadian Cruiser (medium) Tank Ram Mk II instead of the subsequent variant to the U.S. M4A4 medium tank, which was M4A6. Ram Mk II Cruiser Tank was a medium tank based on the American M3 medium tank, but produced in Canada and armed with a 6 Pounder anti-tank gun in a cast turret. It was given the M4A5 designation in February 1942. 1,899 Rams were built between January 1942 to the Summer of 1943 but never used in combat.
