When we moved to our new city and building we discovered that we no longer had a green bin! The person who had our unit before us mentioned they did indoor vermiculture (worm composting), so we decided to give it a try. We try to be as low-waste as we can, and we think this will be a good way to divert organics we can't use in other ways (stock, vinegars) from landfill. In this video we demonstrate the steps we used to set up an indoor vermiculture compost from parts that are easy to get.
