Yoga for strength and flexibility - the BEST of both worlds! In today’s 10 minute yoga flow, we explore postures that build both strength and flexibility in the body. If and when things become challenging, return to the breath. Feel free to repeat “I got this” or “I am amazing” throughout this practice. Positive affirmations can be so useful in supporting us and encouraging us to persevere through challenging moments. Take good care dear friends!
Yoga for self care and self love! After yesterday’s practice, I figured that this would be a lovely treat for the mind, body and soul. We move through some gentle and supportive postures intended to make us feel good, supported and loved. For today’s practice, I invite you to bring a pillow and/or a blanket. These items can be used to support us in various postures and for comfort and ease. Enjoy this sweet and loving gift.
Yoga for Core Strength and Stability! On Day FOUR, we show some love to the CORE! We explore postures that will help wake up the CORE! Have some water close by as this is a fiery practice. Kind reminder to tap into the breath if and when things become challenging. Smile, laugh, make silly faces. Do whatever it takes to help you push through those challenging moments.
