I have felt like a zombie a few days this month. Maybe you can relate to the following... You go to pour water into your kettle and then you quickly realize that your kettle already has water in it AND the water is boiled. It was like I was operating on autopilot. My mind was elsewhere. I was exhausted and low in energy. I felt like a zombie! The tools of yoga can bring energy back to the mind and body, helping us be more grounded and present so that way we no longer feel like a zombie.
