This practice is fantastic for those moments when we need to move around, and also for when our mind and body is telling us to take a break from the computer screen! We start with a warm-up, preparing our body for some fun movement. We then get our heart rate up by going through a circuit of familiar and easy-to-follow exercises. We end our practice with a short and sweet cool-down. This practice will leave you feeling energized, focused, and ready to dive right back into learning.
