Do you agree that as a collective we are "nature-deficient? 🍃Greenery isn’t just an air freshener that’s pleasant to look at, it can actually significantly boost well-being, reduce stress, enhance innovative potential, and boost a sense of connection. 🌊Blue spaces are shown to lower stress and anxiety while boosting people's moods and psychological wellbeing. Living closer to and having more blue space within your neighbourhood could significantly increase your physical activity levels.
Our forests, rivers, oceans and soils provide us with the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we irrigate our crops with. We also rely on nature for numerous other goods and services we depend on for our health, happiness and prosperity. Because nature is free, we often take it for granted and overexploit it. #abeachforeveryone #beach #beaches #vancouverbeach #vancouverbeaches #nature #enjoynature #naturelovers #protectnature #vancouverbc #beautifulbc
