Banana Pancakes! Can be made with just 2 eggs and a ripe mashed banana but I usually add either protein powder (hemp) or this time went for 2 1/2 tbsp of coconut flour. Optional add-ins: cinnamon, vanilla, cacao powder, chopped nuts, blueberries, chocolate chips and/or 1 drop of #doterra cinnamon bark oil . Served with my usual heaping side of fresh mixed
