St. John's Church and the Horses

St. John's United Church of Christ is one of the most charming country churches in southeast Michigan. The church was built in New England style in 1892 approximately ten miles northeast of Manchester on Waters Road. These two horses on the farm across the road from the church appear to have been eager to complement my photo. Or, maybe they were looking for some sugar.

St. John's Newfoundland - Day 2 (Morning)

Went on a long weekend trip to St. John's Newfoundland with a friend. Once my travel companion finally hauled out of bed, we hiked around the base of Signal Hill. Battery Road splits into many dead-end roads and becomes a wonderfully colourful neighbourhood. It was a great walk.
