As I write this one, I'm thinking about my recovery from burning out after a bunch of health issues my parents and my husband's parents have had this year  My head says...you have to keep going  My heart says...I want to give all I can for the kids  My body says...I'm wiped out, I need you to SLOW THE F*** DOWN and rest  My spirit says...listen to your body, the kids have had so many fun times and fun memories all year through.
