Just had this for dinner tonight! Vij's Coconut and Ginger Green Beans. It was quick to make because all I had to do was heat it up :) The green beans were very fresh and the sauce was delicious. Found a giant pack of these at Costco and of course I HAD to try it out because it said Gluten Free! Good Foods Mango Quinoa Salad. If you're looking for a quick snack on the go, or something to add to a meal these are perfect at only 140 calories.
