Malpuas are an Indian version of pancakes, that are soft, fluffy and yet crisp. Malpuas are soft from inside, but its edges are crisp. Malpuas are then immersed in sugar syrup. Traditionally malpuas are prepared from maida/all purpose flour. But this recipe is prepared using whole wheat flour, to make these yummy and delectable malpuas more healthy and that too without compromising on its taste.
