IP "French Toast". IP apple cinnamon puffs, crushed IP crispy cereal, crushed 2 egg whites Vanilla and Stevia to taste Cinnamon to taste Cold water Mix all ingredients. Add enough cold water tOo make a thick, but pourable, batter. Bake on a hot, greased skillet. Serve with a glaze made from IP drink mix or Walden Farms pancake syrup. Yield: 2 IP servings

IP Potato Bread Recipe: potato purée, 1 egg white, Baking soda and about 1 oz water (maybe a little more to make thick pancake consistency). Bake at 425 for about 5 mins, then flip and do the other side at 5 minutes.
