APPLE PIE TACOS: 6 (10") flour tortillas, oil, 1C sugar, 3t cinnamon,  21 oz can chopped apple pie filling, whipping cream, & caramel sauce • Cut 3.5" circles from tortillas. Fry ea or bake (wrap in damp paper towel, nuke 30 sec. PAM both sides & drape ea over bar of oven rack. Bake at 375˚  7 min til crispy.) Coat w/cinnamon-sugar mix. Fill ea w/2T filling. Top w/whipped cream. Drizzle w/caramel sauce. To serve: Cover upside down mini muffin tin w/cloth napkin. Place shells & fill.
