Rum Balls 2 squares Bakers semi-sweet chocolate, melted 1/4 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup icing sugar 1/3 cup dark rum 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts 2 cups vanilla, chocolate graham wafer or arrowroot crumbs 1. Combine melted chocolate, corn syrup, icing sugar, rum, nuts and wafer crumbs. Mix well. 2. Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in chocolate hail/sprinkles or crumbs. 3. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes about 20 balls.
