The best potatoes Ever!!! Schwartzies.... 2 lbs frozen hash browns, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c melted butter, 1 c sour cream, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 shredded onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c parmesan cheese. mix it all together except for parmesan cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1- 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
