Almond milk #recipe from @daleyhealth // Soak 1 cup of raw #almonds in water overnight Drain and rinse almonds thoroughly Place almonds 3 1/2 cups of water 1/2 cup ice 1 tsp vanilla essence and a pinch of sea salt into blender. Blend until smooth. Strain milk using a fine sieve or muslin cloth extracting as much liquid as possible. Place in fridge to cool and its ready to go!
