Ideal Protein Phase 1 Dinner - Baby Bell Pepper Nachos (without cheese): 1 lb. ground turkey, 2 cloves garlic (pressed), 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp ground cumin, 10 to 12 small sweet baby bell peppers (halved). I added cilantro and Walden Farms dressing on top, and it was delicious!
