Pesang Salmon is a Filipino fish stew simmered in clear, ginger-flavored broth and combined with vegetables in season. This bust was commissioned by Filipino dictator Ferdinand Marcos "to immortalize himself". Located on Marcos Highway, near Baguio. I got to visit the place before it was blown up a few years later.
