Ottawa International Storytelling Festival: All Remaining shows are at Saint Brigid’s Centre for the Arts
Ottawa Fashion Week is a platform for National and international designers to showcase their work and talent. OFW has become an avenue of expression, creativity, and innovation and it is also a means of uniting the community in their appreciation of the latest trends in design and art. Showcasing an array of unique designers, their spring/summer creations will be displayed through individual runway shows with about 7 designers per night.
The New Art Festival is Ottawa’s largest non-commercial outdoor art festival. Featuring over 250 artists and entertainers from a full spectrum of disciplines, this annual event now draws thousands of visitors and participants from across Canada and around the world.
Carnival of Cultures is a weekend festival that celebrates folkloric traditions through music, dance, theatre from the four corners of the globe. Come discover South American, European, African, Middle-Eastern, and Asian cultures presented by over 500 local artists who will take the stage at the Marion Dewar Plaza. In addition to non-stop entertainment and activities, the festival also offers tantalizing authentic cuisine, eye-opening demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.
The European Union Film Festival is an annual showcase of the best of contemporary cinema produced in the European Union. Over the span of eighteen days, the Canadian Film Institute (CFI) brings Ottawa audiences a wide selection of award-winning films from the Festival circuit, never-before-seen in the capital city.
The Reel Food Film Festival (RFFF) is coordinated by four non-profit organizations in Ottawa : Just Food, USC Canada, One World Arts and The Good Food Box. Together, we bring thought-provoking films and public discussion about food issues to the Ottawa region.
