Single serve pumpkin white chocolate chip mini loaf: 1/2 cup (60g) whole wheat flour - 1 scoop (33g) @lala land vanilla protein powder - 1/2 cup (122g) canned pumpkin - 1 whole egg - 2 tbsp milk or water - 1/2 tbsp stevia - 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips 1: Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Spray a mini loaf pan. Microwave for 1:30 to keep it a little gooey and  moist. Macros for whole loaf: C440|P40|C55|F11 and 9 fiber
