Talk about BOOTY BURRRRN!!!!! ♿️ Kneeling squats with HEAVY resistance band and 50lb bar (4x15). 2nd workout is something I got from @derekperdue8 I dunno what you call it but it's a freaking burner!!!! I did 10 reps holding the 35lb weight then I dropped the weight and went until I wanted to cry which was probably only 5-10 each time! (4 sets) Granted these were my last two workouts today but dang my legs and booty are on FIRE!!! In other news I have been taking my shoes off ...
