Corn & Chickpea Fiesta Salad with Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette ~A refreshing and healthy cold salad made with corn, chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green pepper and red onion with a cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
Garlic mozza bites 1 can Pillsbury biscuit dough Fresh mozzarella 2-4 TbspButter 1 tsp Garlic powder or 1 garlic clove Parsley 1/4-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Mozzarella for topping oven 400. melt butter, add garlic, parm cheese & parsley.Cut biscuits in half. Cut cubes of fresh mozza. Roll cheese into dough. Once done toss into butter mixture. Place in 8" pan. Sprinkle more parm. Once almost done sprinkle mozza cheese.Bake until brown. Serve with donair sauce. 4 servings
Light and not all that bad for you bacon wrapped chestnuts! 5 pieces of Lou's double smoked bacon 1 can whole or sliced chest nuts Tsp butter 2tbsp ketchup 1tbsp sugar Preheat pan to medium heat. Add butter. Chop bacon rounds into bite size pieces. Fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Chop whole chestnuts in half, add to pan and fry for a few more minutes. Add ketchup and brown sugar. Stir to combine. Then enjoy! Calories 260, carbs 28, fat 8, protein 21
