Ever since I got my Instant Pot, I've been trying to find ways to use my Epicure spices along with it. And, given that 90% of what people on Facebook seem to be cooking in their Instant Pot is cheesecake, I've also been dying for a reason to join that club.
Make this portable recipe tonight for an easy, on-the-go morning. Serve warm or cold. Will keep up to three days in your fridge. Make it a Perfectly Balanced Plate & Serve with: ½ C (125 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp (30 ml) nuts and 1 C (250 ml) mixed berries.
