In this picture Jack represents the common man who works long hours as shown by the clock scenes (9AM-5PM), we can see from the Mise-En-Scene of Jack that he is intelligent and smartly dressed as supported by the props in the scene. Jack is also extremely stressed another common depiction of a middle class man who works in a boring office environment.
The members of the social class the above picture represents are shown through age. The assassins/killers in my sequence are both young trained killers much like the two characters from inception. This image from Ultimatum depicts young workers in an extremely subversive way as the pair have to deal with high profile missions and tasks that are linked with highly skilled assassins.
In this shot we see the original antagonist of Ultimatum. He is represented as a potential threat to both society and Jack, as he is shown in an extremely dark light with no facial features being seen. This is a conventional representation of the criminal social group who are often scene as blackmailing and giving death threats, appearing as an unknown caller when the task of murder is pinned on Jack, with the threat of his son being killed if he doesn't see the task through.
This shot shows the two assassins putting their life on the line for their mission, a common depiction linked with notorious assassins. This representation is further enforced through the setting in which they are trying to catch their target. The pair have no idea what they are going in to as they are in the middle of nowhere, however they are so determined that they will risk their own lives in order to take someone else's.
This picture shows the two assassins discussing what to do next in a MCU two shot. This particular shot highlights to the audience that their operations are well planned and they will always discuss before putting themselves in danger. This indicates that the middle class social group intertwine with one another, in the fact that they communicate on a professional and occupational level, as both colleagues and friends.
Furthermore, myself and Jack are both wearing dark coloured coats, which in a thriller film congenitally connotes the danger and death we pose. This is a stereotypical representation of assassins as they are usually characters who work in extremely dark light, reinstated by the weapons possessed by both Jack and myself. The dark coats themselves could be a representation of the showdown scene in which all characters are caught in a situation that could spell death for everyone.
It is clear to see that the past life of being a paid assassin has treated Jack nicely, as an audience we can see this by the car he drives and the size of the house in which he lives in. Jack has also found a new career path at a reasonably paid office/business man job allowing him to live a reasonably good life.
