If you have migraines I highly recommend you make a list of what does and doesn't work for you.   This seems fairly accurate for me except magnesium in high enough doses has helped me, OTC pain meds not a chance, B12 is helpful for prevention but by no means a cure, some RX meds have helped some have made them worse, some homeopathic remedies are soothing.

While some things work for some people they may not work for others, and on that same note just because something didn't work for someone else doesn't mean it may not work for you.
