The Christmas Flower Show is the highlight of the year. The entire conservatory is decorated and filled with thousands of flowering plants, over 30 varieties of poinsettia and amazing seasonal topiary masterpieces made entirely of plant material. On the 1st Sunday in December, the show's grand opening features horse and wagon rides, carolers, hot apple cider and a visit from Santa. The conservatory can also be enjoyed by candlelight on several weekends. The show runs until mid January.

May 5th, 2013, The Ontario Rock Garden and Hardy Plant Society is sponsoring its FIFTH annual super plant sale, on May 5, 2013 at the Toronto Botanical Garden Floral Hall. Once again, we are gathering an amazing collection of members' plants, as well as commercially-grown, interesting varieties. We have also invited vendors who will bring rare and unusual plants, and garden supplies.
April 2013 Experience Grow Op: Exploring Landscape + Place this weekend at the Gladstone Hotel, a four day exhibition featuring 25 unique works installed in the hotel lobby, Art Bar and second floor gallery.
May 3-5, 2013 at the Gardiner Museum in Toronto: For one weekend only, spectacular floral installations by 10 of Toronto’s top floral designers will be displayed throughout the Museum to celebrate the arrival of spring in the city. Each designer will create a stunning floral installation inspired by a particular piece in our permanent collection. Don’t miss this must-see spring event!
Thursday, November 29, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The TBG’s annual Holiday Open House is always a lively, fun-filled evening. Mix and mingle while you enjoy complimentary cider and shortbread, say hello to old friends, and admire the festive displays.
