Canadian Maple Pie... this pie was a special pie to celebrate quebec's 400th anniversary. It is a bit expensive to make as it calls for 12oz. pure maple syrup. It only has 4 ingredients so it's relatively easy just make sure you CONSTANTLY stir. It has a strong caramel flavor in my opinion and is best very cold w/ whipped cream. My dad and I really enjoyed it.

Nothing more Canadian than Maple Syrup . Had Maple Syrup from a "private" Maple syrup/sugar place in Vermont and it certainly is not better than our Canadian Maple syrup!
