I received some fresh fava beans this week in my weekly fresh produce box from SPUD(Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery). I had never seen,tasted or cooked with them before. They were incredible...a revelation! And the COLOUR!! I would like to be swathed head to toe in their incredible,vibrant GREEN!
