NIGHTTIME SNACKING‼️ Who doesn't do this❓ Back before Isagenix my "healthy" night snack was a cup of sugary cereal with skim milk OR a handful of chocolate chips. And that was a GOOD night. Don't ask about the bad night snacking. OY. NO MORE‼️ Amazing protein and nutrients and just so delicious - tastes like cookie/brownie batter. And I LOVE a crumbled Isadelight in there. Studies show consuming protein before bed actually facilitates fat burning while we sleep!

scoop Vanilla protein powder (I prefer IsaLean 2 TBSP peanut or nut butter, 1 TBSP milk (you can use anything from skim to almond or coconut) 1 TBSP chocolate chips, or isadelights crumbled up! mix until you get a dough like consistency!
