The Crafty Teacher: Substitute Teacher Report. It is important to know how your class did on the event that you are not in the classroom. This sub report is appealing to the eye and easy to read.

This activity is designed to help your students create expanded sentences and longer utterances. Each page contains one sentence expansion. There is a picture at the top of each page that represents the entire sentence. Each sentence starts as a 3-4 word phrase and progresses to a sentence that contains 7-9 words.

I like the idea for a substitute teacher and/or instructional aide. I would also keep it in the students portfolio with student work samples
