1 1/2 cups of unsweetened coconut yogurt 2 chez Mathilda Coconut-chocolate rock buns broken into bite size pieces 1 1/4 cup of fresh strawberries halved 1/4 cup toasted organic coconut flakes 2 teaspoons of coconut condensed milk (optional) Arrange layers of fresh fruit, yogurt & rock bun pieces in a 6oz glass up to the rim. Add a final layer of yogurt & loosely sprinkle toasted flakes on top. Drizzle condensed milk over flakes. Makes four servings.
