90 Day Challenge - August 2013

My 90 Day Challenge is to cycle 700 miles, weight training 3 times a week, and perform Plyometrics Fitness Training weekly. Resulting the loss of 25 lbs, reduced body fat to under 20%, and shrink 15 inches (primarily from my waist).
