Falling down is an inevitable part of life. Some call it failure. Some call it a set back. Regardless, we've all experienced things not going as planned or change that's been unexpected. It's what you do in these moments and how you respond that makes the difference. When we have the courage to get up and try again we open ourselves to possibilities and growth. If we can be vulnerable enough to stand up and try again, that's where the magic happens.

What fears do you need to walk through that will allow you to tap into courage in your life and work right now?
