VEGGIE POT PIE "Two cups of vegetables, my choice was a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and spinach. I partly cooked the cauliflower and broccoli and blanched the spinach in hot water to soften. Put everything in a dish prepared with cooking spray. Mix IP broccoli cheddar soup with two egg whites, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Pour mixture over vegetables and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Equals 2 cups veggies and 1 IP meal."
