The Military Diet. I do not agree with this diet at all. I only pinned it because I find her body inspirational. She did not get that body by doing the military diet alone. It encourages me to eat clean and workout every day.
Do this for 2 weeks and watch your tummy and thighs shrink.and all you need is a wall and a yoga mat! ( Well I have a wall and a yoga mat, but this might be dangerous for me lol)
