As a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer I am always looking for new people to work with to help them get back in shape, help them recover from injury or to help them attain better results in their various athletic pursuits.
The encouragement from my trainer and best friend kept me coming back. It took about 4 weeks to see results but once I did it became an addiction. I completely overhauled my life. This wasn’t a diet or some new fad for me, it was a lifestyle change. I threw out junk food and replaced it with fruit and veggies and I replaced sitting on the couch with running with my dogs.
Greco is a class based fitness system designed to give you a great full body workout in a high energy environment in as little as 45 minutes. Each class is comprised of 8 stations or exercises. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second break before moving to the next station. All 8 stations are done is sequence and then each circuit is done 3 times, with a small bonus exercise in between.
