Oh my gosh. Chicken Taco salad that's HEALTHY! There's black beans corn green peppers tomatoes cilantro green onions chicken avocado & tortilla chips. All tossed together with a taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt.
Made this but forgot to put in the avocado. Used too much rice vinegar but learned its the same as rice wine vinegar. Brown rice with shrimp and avocado. Ginger, cilantro, and rice wine come along for the ride.
